REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At Dixon’s, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy for you.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be in the same condition as delivered — unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at orders@grozmate.com
Once your request is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label, and
- Clear instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include but not limited to:
- Clearance items
- Perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, food, fish and meat, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, our team is happy to assist.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund posting.
